Per Buzzerblog, it's Cat Deeley. I do wonder how they'll "voice" the 20Q computer...

I would've kept Joey Lawrence as the host, or better yet, Ken Jennings, and have Cat be the computer's voice.

We now have the answer to that question. Buzzerblog reports that Hal Sparks will be the voice of the computer, effectively making him a cohost. This should be interesting. The computer may have more of a personality than the host.
