I must be the weird one.  I don't recall ever putting sugar in my tea or coffee.  I took to coffee when I was a senior in high school eons ago, and think I drank it black, without sugar, even then.

At least we're not talking about chai.  To me, it's just the Russian word for "tea", but here in the States, you can apparently get away with claiming that "chai" is something exotic, and charging ridiculous prices for a cup of tea.

(Then again, I don't go to Starbucks or any of the other overpriced coffee places, either.)

In Virginia, you have the joy of being able to choose from one of two canisters: sweet or no sweet. :-) I remember I ordered "sweet tea" in California (New York too I believe), and when I took a sip, I nearly spit it out. I didn't see what they did there...

Here's a website Paul Bailey sent me. He had to go to ".net" instead of ".com" because someone else stole it, apparently:

To continue the ice tea discussion, here in southeastern PA, I think that most of us assume that "ice tea" means sweetened. If you want unsweetened, you usually have to ask for it.

When McDonald's offers "sweet tea," I expected it to be sweeter than regular ice tea.

Case in point: Wawa offers Iced Tea, Sweet Tea and Unsweetened Tea in bottles.

I'll move it back on topic. I need to change my vote; I apparently have a conference in Central PA to go to during that weekend.

/plus, there's no Wawa in L.A.

Ew.  Gimme In-N-Out anytime (even as overrated as I think it is, to me it tastes better than JITB).

/Never had Carl's Jr. though.

I know we've had this discussion before, but it amuses me how much East Coasters think of Jack Inna Bawx as this mystical place (much like we do with White Castle or Checkers or what have you, I'm sure) when it's really not even in the upper echelon of fast-food joints. :)

/and certainly not remotely fit to hold the jock of In-N-Out

And this has precisely what to do with the Game Show Congress?

As with Congresses past, I'll try my best to make it to what I can make it to this time.  If anyone can use my help in whatever related to the event - Chris, Tim, Travis, etc. - gimmie a holler.

If this does go down, the 100% best part about it will be seeing everyone again.
