Presidents and Game Shows

Being both a history fan and a game show fan, this little notion came fairly natural to me: what presidents have appeared on a game show (and if so, which programs)? A few are no-brainers, known to any game-show fan, but others I'm not so sure of. I'd like to see what information we can compile together as a forum re: American presidents and game shows (this is also topical/fitting because all living presidents will be attending Sen. Ted Kennedy's funeral tomorrow).

Here's what I have so far:
Gerald Ford: What's My Line? ('70s syndie)
Jimmy Carter: What's My Line? ('70s syndie)
Ronald Reagan: What's My Line? (1953 and 1956), The Name's The Same (1953), To Tell The Truth (1958), I've Got a Secret (1955 and 1961)
George H.W. Bush:
Bill Clinton: Jeopardy! (2001, video-taped message http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PgTBIirb9hs
George W. Bush: Deal or No Deal

I left George H.W. Bush blank because I could SWEAR I remember him doing a video clue for a Jeopardy question in a Gulf War category, but I can't be for sure and I can find no evidence of it.

Are there any shows missing for the presidents I listed above? Or perhaps I'm missing a president entirely? I don't think I am, but I suppose it's possible.

Johnny Olson was announcer on the show, so it's mentioned in this new book that's coming...   ;-)

Out of local interest, did Vice-Presidents Hubert Humphrey or Walter Mondale ever appear on game shows?

Wow, I had no idea (nor would I have guessed) about Nixon.

Perhaps as an honest man? : )

Anyway, re: Humphrey and Mondale, I'm fairly certain neither were on game shows. If they did, it was most likely as a celebrity guest on What's My Line? or a clue reader on Jeopardy!, and given the density of those shows and the sheer amount of them in existence, it could be hard to figure out if they appeared or not.

Thinking back that far reminds me of his famous "Checkers" speech.  Maybe he was disguised as a dog.
