WGN expands news; what becomes of WWTBAM?
« on: September 16, 2009, 07:44:36 PM »
WGN-TV -- the local flavor, not the "WGN America" the rest of the world gets -- just announced on its web site that it's expanding its midday news (start moved from 11:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.) and evening news (to be 5-6 p.m.) on Oct. 5. Both of those spots currently have "Millionaire." Anyone know what's to become of WWTBAM in Chicago??

WWTBAM moves to 1PM and 1:30, acording to Phil Rosenthal's article about this at chicagotribune.com (I'd link, but it may require registration).

It eliminates one half of that Maury block, if its any consolation.
