Approximately 18 months ago, there was a posting of t-shirts available from the aforementioned shows.  I want to say they were at a brick-and-mortar store (with an online presence as well), and were officially licensed by Nickelodeon.

Some of these details may be inaccurate.  If anyone has a link or remembers that, I thank you for your assistance in advance.

^ While I do own one of each of those, I don't think those aren't the ones Mark is talking about. Hot Topic was carrying a line of shirts under the Nick Rewind brand, based on other shows too like Hey Dude and Salute Your Shorts. They had a couple based on Double Dare (one of which was the logo on a black shirt with the FDD splat behind it) and this Pick It shirt on eBay was one of the items in the lineup.
