GSN dips back into reality.......

Here is the official article. GSN seems to be slowly treading toward the direction of 2004 again, IMO.

If GSN permanently abandons all classics from now, where will we go to see them again? The Internet?

Only if we all do our part to nag the hell out of those with tapes to post said classics.  C'mon gang!  DownsA530 is holding out on us!

The concept being described in the article brings back memories of Chuck Woolery:  Naturally Stoned.

Apparently the GSN brass flunked History in High School because they seem destined to repeat it again and again.

This is why the Mill Creek announcement from a while back is a GOOD thing...

Your capitalization implies that someone thought it was a BAD thing. Regardless, the existing titles didn't burn up the sales charts, did they?

There's also the fact that those sets contain at most a few dozen episodes.  Sure, they're neat sets, but hardly the solution for GSN abandoning the classics.
This has been another installment of Matt Ottinger's Masters of the Obvious.
Stay tuned for all the obsessive-compulsive fun of Words Have Meanings.

One of the most searched for terms on the net is "Password," so there have to be some Allen Ludden fans out there. :)  I think it's the pricing that matters. If it's low enough, people will buy.
