WOF Final Spin/Speed Round

Why does it seem like there's less and less time for more puzzles this season?  In previous seasons, the final spin bell didn't sound 'til 21 or 22 minutes into the show.  Now it's 20 minutes into the show.  Does anyone else notice this?

Thank goodness they got rid of shopping when they did. If they still did that now, we'd have 1 puzzle then shopping then bonus round.
