I'm going to have to repeat something Craig Ferguson brought up on last night's show - "Where is Carson Daly in all this?" Seriously, his show hasn't been mentioned at all in these discussions of NBC's scheduling shakeup. It wouldn't surprise me if they just kicked him to the curb completely, especially since his show has been degrading in quality every season (e.g. started live in front of an audience, now it's a ridiculous looking pre-taped, one-man production).
Since he recently took a full-time morning shift at an LA radio station, I believe Mr. Daly felt he was on the way out even before this.

Carson appeared on Jimmy Kimmel last night in an audience bit where Jimmy took questions from the audience about the whole late night shakeup and late night in general. Eventually they came to one audience member and it was Carson Daly. Jimmy asked him if he had his immunity idol (which he did) when Carson asked "What about my show?". So, it looks like Carson isn't really taking it seriously (and doesn't really care) and figures he's on the chopping block.

Cool that NBC allows one of its late night talk show hosts appear on an ABC late night talk show.   I say fire all of them and bring in Ryan Seacrest. :)  Seriously, though,  isn't Leno getting close to the age Johnny Carson was when he retired?

Several years away, actually.  Carson was 67 when he retired.  Leno will be 60 in April.

Wish I'd seen the Carson Daly thing on Kimmel.  I've never been a fan of Daly, and I'm too old to "get" Kimmel's show, but that sounds pretty inspired.

Some of the other existing NBC primetime will probably shift from their current timeslots into those 10PM slots, but even though the Peacock has until the other side of the Olympics before the 10PM hour officially opens up, there will still be timeslots to fill as it's gonna take a lot to fill 33% of their weeknight schedule with somewhat decent programming.
How many hours of Dateline Perverts can they produce at short notice?
With all of the bad raps Letterman has been getting from his misadventures in 2009, I would think the dark horse in all this would be that CBS would start thinking of "retirement" for Dave, naming Craig Ferguson as Dave's replacement @ 11:35, with the Conan taking the 12:35 slot.
I see Jon Stewart taking over for Letterman before Craig does, but that's just me.  Quite frankly, I don't think CBS has to do a thing as long as the bad press is going on regarding Late Night Wars II over at NBC.

Chances are, the whole episode might be posted on the show's site.

You left out "$1,000,000 Concentration Hour." Not sure if "$1,000,000" counts as a word.
Does this mean NBC's only current weekday game show "Poker After Dark" will move to 2:35?
"Poker After Dark" will be somewhere.  The new season just started this past week.

A thought:  Since it's always dark by 10 PM, move the poker to weeknights at 10 and leave the title as is because it will still be after dark.  I don't see how the ratings for that could be any lower than Jay's have been.`

Then Jay at 11:35 -- from what I understand, it will become just a monologue and a couple of comedy bits.  Move Conan to 12:05, putting him directly opposite Jimmy Kimmel.  Carson airs at 1:05 and could be extended to a full hour, allowing for more interviews and music.

Part of this may happen, but I'm pretty sure the poker will stay at 2:05 am..

Finally, I've heard Fox is waiting with an open checkbook to catch Conan if he chooses to bail out of NBC.

Have you forgotten about Jimmy Fallon or does your scenario have him getting pink-slipped?

I think NBC is gonna pull DOND out of the mothballs at least for a few sweeps runs. They don't have a heck of alot to fill that slot, except for reruns. Aren't most of the Hollywood productions done for the season already?

I have a feeling we will also see some extra "Howie's Got Talent" also. That seemed to be a decent ratings thing for them

Roker Feud again maybe? Wouldn't doubt it!

That would honestly be a real shame. I'm just now beginning to appreciate Fallon's style.

He's learning and getting better, slowly, but he's getting there.

I gave Fallon a game chance. I finally gave up and switched to Craig Ferguson. Fallon simply isn't funny.

I wish I'd done it years ago. Ferguson is a genius.
