Amazing how back in the '70s she was just "Betty White, the professional game show panelist who plays Sue Ann Nivens and is Mrs. Allen Ludden". Now she has a not-insignificant cult following similar to the following Barker gained from his cameo role in Happy Gilmore. This rather shoots the theory that only young people can be popular on TV these days.
