Shows like The Price is Right and Match Game always showed the audience, but Pyramid...never.
Does anyone know of any behind the scenes pictures of the Studio 33 days of Pyramid, or any other show that normally didn't show the crowd? Would love to see what the sets looked like from the audience perspective.[/quote]
Jefferson Graham's "Come on Down!" book from '87[?] shows some shots of Johnny Gilbert on the job at "Pyramid", and I've seen some other shots from on-stage, but that's about all. Nothing from the audience POV.

I used to borrow that book from the local library frequently while the book was in print, then when it went out of print, it became a reference book, and couldn't be loaned out. But I remember the Johnny Gilbert "Pyramid" photo vividly, because I always wanted to have the jacket that he wore in the pic with the "New $25,000 Pyramid" logo on the back. I always thought that would look cool to wear to school.
