GSN does a Family Channel-style edit and cuts from the end of the last deal before the Big Deal to where Monty asks the first trader if he wants to go for the Big Deal. In so doing, they cut out the spiel where Monty tells the value of the Big Deal and says that he'll go to the traders to ask them.

Not to mention much crappier editing on FAM when both the 70s and 80s syndicated run aired on FAM in the early 90s(they cut out the pricing deals up until the final item was played, as well as fee plugs and other prize descriptions, and also went to commercial after the deal was played, not showing Monty's cut to a commercial ,etc.)

Well, they had to look for space for Wink's daily playoff (LMAD was the last show of the block and a playoff was played at the end of LMAD.)
