I know he couldn't be bothered to actually mention the date and time, so I will. Catch 21 and Baggage will return on Monday, August 16 at 5:30 and 6:30 ET.

Probably because he can't get excited since the show isn't offering a gigantic six-figure cash prize.

Apparently adding the word Catch to the title was a bit too much of a stretch as well.

Yeah, speaking of that, "Feud" is one thing.  "Wheel" is fine.  But dropping "Catch" from the title of this show probably isn't the best choice in a room of game show fans.
This has been another installment of Matt Ottinger's Masters of the Obvious.
Stay tuned for all the obsessive-compulsive fun of Words Have Meanings.

I gotta admit, when I looked the thread list earlier this afternoon, I immediately thought to myself "Is there some alternate universe where Maury Povich hosted the show longer than six months?"

/Unless 21 refers to the number of paternity tests administered on some episodes...
//Enjoyed the 2000 version
///Until NBC spoiled the outcomes in promos
////Good thing they stopped doing THAT!

Glad I wasn't the only one who had similar thoughts. :-)

I am...bemused that an undercooked version of Gambit has made it four series and is second only to Lingo in terms of episodes produced. (Did anything else make it to three series?)
If you didn’t create it, it isn’t your content.

The Newlywed Game has, and is going to be back for a 4th season.

High Stakes Poker has also made it six seasons, but with "only" 85 episodes. World Series of Blackjack made it to a fourth and Extreme Dodgeball also made it to a third.

/Thanks, internet.

So the new season of C21 is now airing. Some of the contestants are still on a caffeine or sugar rush, as last night's episode (8/16) proved. There's energetic and then there's annoying. I wanted the other guy to win so badly. Overall though, the format is good and Alphonso has found his groove as host. He and Mikki work well together. Anyone else catch the Season 4 premiere of C21?

It was brought up in the Show Summaries section. You're not alone in your thoughts. :-)
