Russia's "Hungry" -- reality TV sinks

Twelve Russians are stranded in Berlin without food or money.  One by one they are voted off by the viewing public; the winner receives $1,000 a month for life.

Really, it's not much different than hosteling, is it?

Notice that they now have to move them to Berlin to accomplish this.  In the good old days of the U. S. S. R., this was reality in Moscow, Stalingrad, Leningrad, et. al.
