"I Want a Divorce!"

Hey guys, a few years back I was really sick one week and I was up all night watching Late Night Talk shows.  Anyway, I remember catching a Joe Rogan interview (back when he was doing "Fear Factor") and he mentioned that he was offered a game show called "I Want a Divorce!"  The main concept would be that soon-to-be-divorcing couples would go on this show to compete against each other to see who would get what in the Divorce Settlement.  Rogan said something along the lines of "I'm not gonna do that!" and walked away from it.

What I wanna know is, does anyone else remember hearing anything about this idea?

The programme does have a few key provisos - the divorce must not be final, and competing couples must not have children under the age of 18.

"Congratulations! You've won your daughter! Would you like to keep her, or risk her for a chance at your baby son?"
