Who animated the intro for Blackout? I've checked IMDb and the credits of several episodes and can't find the answer.

Pure speculation, but maybe someone at Hanna Barbera? I know Hanna Barbera did the Whew! opening. I noticed many of Jay's productions had animated intros, including Shopping Spree (MG 98's original intro was not animated, but certainly was in the style of animation. While I thought the MG 98 intro was a little too long, I liked how the set pieces dropped in place onto an empty studio 33.)

That's a fair guess.  Wolpert and Joe Barbera were good friends.

I kind of figured H-B had a hand in the Whew! opening. The first time I saw it, I thought "that looks like something out of a Scooby-Doo cartoon."
