That show is such a snapshot in time. It would never keep kids' attentions nowadays, with things like Spongebob and Dora and get the heck off my lawn too.
I'm 24 and I wish those damn SpongeBob fans would get off my lawn.
Pfft, age.  My uncle is almost 40 years your senior, he's a SpongeBob fan, and he's not getting off your lawn without a police request.

As an aside, the day SpongeBob debuted was a sad day for me at the time — it was the day that I realized that it was possible for Nickelodeon to make shows I disliked.
I'm pretty sure I made that conclusion before that fateful day in 1999.
