PYL at Planet Hollywood

A year ago, there was a PYL kiosk in front of the Planet Hollywood hotel in Las Vegas.  You got to play for 2 spins, and they rewarded you with different offers and gifts to be used along the Strip.  My question is, who programmed that version of the Big Board?  I noticed that they used the original Whammy animations.
I'm a pacifist, and even I would like to see a little more action.
