Perfect Score sounds interesting in theory- 2 friends pick from a set of 12 potential dates. The twist is that everyone has taken compatibility tests, and based on that a cash value is placed on each potential date-the better the match the higher the value. The one who picks the highest value wins the money and the date. The Hunt is basically a non-lethal real-life Hunger Games...if there isn't a lawsuit or at least a threat of one I'll be shocked. They'll probably pair one of them with Oh Sit!, which was renewed for another season with some cast changes (no word on who's out if anyone, but Frank Nicotero has joined up for Season 2).

What does it say about Oh Sit! that we have barely acknowledged its existence in this forum? I think the last time anyone talked about it, the comment was "hey, there's gonna be this new show called Oh Sit!"

I thought it was a fun little filler during the summer- I've been burned out on Wipeout, but this was different enough to at least DVR..

Manhunt says "yo."
If you didn’t create it, it isn’t your content.

I finally saw an episode today (the whole run is up on Hulu), and I am surprised to say that I totally agree. From a raw "gamer" standpoint, it's an awful top-heavy format, but as television it was entertaining and inoffensive enough. I might even watch some of the next series.

Apparently the key to tolerating Jamie Kennedy is to find him a co-host who is even more obnoxious than he is.

Jamie Kennedy.  For those of you who just can't get enough of Dane Cook.
This has been another installment of Matt Ottinger's Masters of the Obvious.
Stay tuned for all the obsessive-compulsive fun of Words Have Meanings.

Jamie Kennedy was Dane Cook before Dane Cook was funny.

Which is to say, Jamie Kennedy is Dane Cook.

It was enjoyable enough. The hosts and sideline reporter were unbearable, but it was a nice break from Wipeout. One thing that I wondered about the final round though- since only one person walked away with their money, wouldn't it make more since to NOT (or just barely) run the obstacles and save your energy for the final chair?

Fact To Make You Feel Old: Just about every contestant who appears in a Price is Right Teen Week episode from here on out has only known a world where Drew Carey has been the host.

Seemed to me like $1500 per money line was a pretty strong incentive to rack up some cash. Also I'm guessing they signed some sort of "spirit of the game" waiver before they were allowed onto the show.
