I've gotta find the article, but back in the late spring of 1983, Gloria Steinem led a lawsuit against NBC...because she considered Dream House discriminatory towards homeless people.
I'm surprised it didn't say "discriminatory towards single mothers", although they did have occasional weeks of single-parent contestants (each with one of their children as their partners).
