Every year since 1991 I would get a hardback copy of GWR from the upcoming year as a Christmas gift. For about ten years now it has been a coffee table book more focused on the visually interesting than on the informative or relevant. To my surprise, there\'s still a paperback copy of the book; it just comes out several months after the hardcover book. Anyway, I flip to the Television section and what do I find? Two game show entries. One is on \"biggest prize,\" which is listed by Nino Haase who won 3 million euros of Stefan Raab\'s money back in May 2009; as well as an entry for \"most expensive game show to produce,\" which when to the £15m spent on the first run of \"Red or Black?\" including £4m in prize money.
