A question about $64KQ
« on: November 21, 2013, 12:11:30 PM »

I have been trying to find the famous episode of The $64,000 Question with Hal March, in which Dr. Joyce Brothers became the second contestant to win the top prize. Does it exist anywhere? I can\'t find any YouTube footage of it.

For the record, I don\'t mean the time she came back on its spin-off The $64,000 Challenge.

If you\'ve tried all avenues to find it and still haven\'t done so then (at least in the realm you care about anyway) it doesn\'t exist anymore.
If you didn’t create it, it isn’t your content.

I prefer \"hasn\'t been uncovered yet\".

But yeah, that particular episode...hasn\'t been uncovered yet.

This has been another installment of Matt Ottinger's Masters of the Obvious.
Stay tuned for all the obsessive-compulsive fun of Words Have Meanings.

For a person who accepts the premise that words do in fact have meanings, that\'s a brilliant word choice.
If you didn’t create it, it isn’t your content.

Just so I\'m sure, she won the $64,000 twice, once on Question, once on Challenge, yes? And it is her Challenge episode that is on YouTube?

I don\'t recall reading that she won the $64,000 Challenge.

Huh. I can\'t find it now, but I know I saw a video on YouTube of Joyce Brothers win $64,000 on something.

I have seen clips of her winning the $64,000 (didn\'t she have her husband in the booth with her as her \"expert\"?), but I have never seen the complete question, much less the complete episode, on any TV or video source.
