Mr. Edwards is a FB friend. I was about to ask him, but someone\'s beaten me to it!

I wish I hadn\'t seen that; my imagination has several ideas as to what the game could be.

That someone was me. :)

Looks like an isolation-booth quiz to me.

So I\'m guessing it was either something close to Name That Tune, or something close to Blackout?

Love the set...

I am making a visit next month, so I put this on my list.  I am told it is unavailable for viewing, despite the fact you will get it in a search for items available in the Research Collection within 14-21 days of a request.

It was a golden age of daytime network television... Game Shows... Hosted by people who actually knew that the game was the star... And I wish it was still that way - both that game shows were on all morning and that they were hosted by actual game show hosts. - Bob Purse, Inches Per Second

Entering \"game show pilot\" into Getty\'s search engine will yield several more photos of the \"Play It By Ear\" set, as well as some from a Bob Barker pilot and Blockbusters. The Barker pilot isn\'t Simon Says; the set is different and the clothes look somewhat more mid-60s.
