I think there's also something to be said from making pie-in-the-sky wishes.  How is GSN "wiser" for leasing more episodes of a TV show that's nearly 40 years old?  I'm of the belief it is not financially prudent, otherwise GSN would already have pulled the trigger on additional episodes.  Mr. Nissan is a brat who thinks everything should be handed to him gratis.

I would have said it differently but Mark O. is largely on point. Why is it "being a dick" to ask what the alternative to "moar episodes!" is? My guess is that they'll still watch faithfully. They certainly aren't going to cancel their subscription, if in fact Vahan pays for his cable (I don't know if he lives on his own or with his family/peer group).

It is one thing to say "It sure would be awesome if (cable channel) did (something" knowing full well they won't. It is another thing entirely to throw around phrases like "get wise" and the other imperatives on parade that you can find in several "new GSN acquisition" threads in this subforum. The latter, for example, is played out and tiring.
