Where'd Steve Beverly disappear to?
I know some of you are or were buds with him. Heard from him lately?

Stu Shostak has Steve Beverly and author Wesley Hyatt on his internet radio/podcast thingamajig every three months or so, talking about the state of TV in general.  Steve hasn't had an online presence for years, but he must still be in a few Rolodexes, because he's occasionally quoted when the media grabs hold of a game show story.  We traded e-mail pleasantries a few months ago, but I haven't had much contact with him since the Congresses.
This has been another installment of Matt Ottinger's Masters of the Obvious.
Stay tuned for all the obsessive-compulsive fun of Words Have Meanings.

Steve and I still get in touch from time to time. I think he's been busy doing play-by-play of the University of Tennessee basketball games around this time.

Um... I don't think so. You might want to check the institution to which you refer here

Unless his school's team has gone pro, basketball season's over.
