That gy.com listing also lists Goodson, Mark Productions at 375 Park Avenue and Keeshan, Robert Assocs. Inc., both of which (as well as Jim Victory) Yahoo! Yellow Pages is unable to locate.

As I noted in a post a long while back, I remember seeing the office of Jim Victory TV in 1978; it was located in the old Roosevelt Hotel in Midtown, whatever the address of that is...
