It isn't on the trading circuit, though another Stewart pre-Pyramid Pyramid-esque pilot, the $10,000 Sweep from 1972, is on the circuit.

The $10,000 Sweep I've seen, and even went as far as taping when it appeared as a part of Game Show Turkeys. Not the most exiting show, but neither was Monday Night Quarterback...
