Did Jack Narz host Concentration and Now You See It at the same time?

Yes, he did. I'm surprised you know this. It was supposed to be top secret information that his little-known twin brother (Mack) would tape Concentration at the same time Jack taped Now You See It.

Didn't he do a week of CBS Match Game where he plugged NYSI in the opening on one day and Concentration the next?

I think he used to close some episodes of Now You See It by saying something like "See you on Concentration."

Also, he would sometimes introduce the car by saying something like "In the bonus game, this is what you can win, and NOW YOU SEE IT."

IIRC, during one of his MG appearances, Jack said "Just concentrate of watching Now You See It, here on CBS." He was pretty good on MG too, but they didn't have him back.
