Maybe it's easier to follow on screen than what was written on the Wikia page (how could it not be?) but it does seem that it might be served better as something closer to a standard issue ladder climb. How does a team win thirty bucks, more specifically than being very unlucky in their judgments?
The score from the first two rounds determines what each right answer is worth in the third round. Wrong answers in the third round cut a decimal off your prize fund. So missing the first money round question hurts, but not as much as missing the last question.'
