I had a random question that I want to pick all of your brains on. I can't find a clip of this on YouTube, but I THINK when Chuck first started handing the pink and blue square bonus money out to contestants on Scrabble, that for a short time he would just hand them the money in one chunk (instead of counting it out).
Then, when he started counting it out originally, there weren't any dings or bells. This was added later on.
Can anyone confirm that I'm not just remembering things wrong from when I was younger? Couldn't find any examples of this online.
