I haven't watched in a few months, but I'd give the best title to "Sports Jeopardy!" or "Monopoly Millionaires Club".
I second the worst being the Buzzr online shows. They really don't have to do a lot of tweaking to make them watchable, to be honest, but they're still insipid.
