I am surprised nobody has pointed this out, but it seems that George is introducing Drew a little differently... now he says, "and now, here's your host, IT'S Drew Carey!

Just a guess, but with it being a retro week maybe he was inferring Drew was filling in for Barker, James, Kennedy, Davidson, etc.
