Pat Sajak article in the Wall Street Journal
« on: September 28, 2015, 11:38:57 PM »
FTR, Pat Sajak is the subject of an article in the Weekend Edition (9/26-27) of the Wall Street Journal. Topics include his longevity as a host, his politics and Twitter feeds, and his attitude of bemusement in general. I would provide a link but it's a pay site.

Had no problems with a paywall or anything. It actually was an interesting read, esp. his backstory.

/Also made me want White Castle :-P

Weird, I got the paywall after the first paragraph.

Ditto. Happily, BugMeNot is still a thing.

Search "The Conservative Wheelman" on Google then click on the wsj.com link. You may or may not have to clear browser cookies from wsj.com before clicking the Google search link.

Yes, it is--but I just got a message saying wsj.com has been banned from BugMeNot.

Yeah, the WSJ site is kind of weird like that. I've found that usually I can get around the paywall by searching for the article on Google and then clicking on the link that comes up.

Didn't realize that was the trick...it's actually how I backed into the article with no paywall. Thanks Mike and jalman for that tip.
