NBC back to trivia drawing board with "QuizUp"

Green-lit for 10 episodes and based on the popular app, the show will feature an in-studio contestant having to withstand eight rounds of gameplay against "play-at-home" contestants to win one million dollars (which sounds like the Peacock putting the concepts of "Who's Still Standing" and "Million Second Quiz" into a blender to try and fix the flaws both had) ...

If several of NBC's new shows falter, we may see this sooner than later.

  It looks like QuizUp.judging from the description,  will have elements of Paranoia and Let's Ask America.
