This channel needs some serious pleh.

It sounds like there's not nearly enough pleh.

Meanwhile, if I ever need a made-up Russian name, I'm going with "Dudnikov"

Were there any responses to Mr. Dudnikov's statement that pointed out his inaccuracies?

I'm curious what episode of "Double Dare" aired other than the first one. Was that a pilot? They spent the whole half hour playing the front game and didn't get to the Spoiler round. The 10:30 episode was indeed the second episode, mentioned by Alex on air.

"Sale of the Century" was the first two syndicated episodes.

"Beat The Clock" aired the first two episodes, with the live band playing the theme in the lower key of d minor. I have portions of that second episode on audio tape, recorded from the original network airing in 1979. I somehow missed the first one.

Why, yes, there were. And even that went downhill quickly.

Didn't GSN skip some syndie sale episodes?

If so, I'd be curious if BUZZR airs them.
Enjoy lots and lots of backstage TPIR photos and other fun stuff here. And yes, I did park in Syd Vinnedge's parking spot at CBS

They aired the third episode of Double Dare, followed by the second episode. In reverse order. Beat the Clock aired in reverse order too.

Yep, they had, they (GSN) skipped John Goss' first episode which also slashed the goals from $830 to $750 to win all the major prizes and the cash jackpot as well as the episode where the cash jackpot went to $71,000(also with John Goss) as well as the 8th overall episode of the Winner's Board from November 1985, all of which were last seen on USA strangely. Similar to the way I felt of why ESPN Classic hasn't been able to rerun any Season 1 Stump the Schwab episodes and the missing Season 2 episode that had Lennie as one of the players on that episode(I'm guessing that was the episode where the Semi-Finals was first mentioned) and not even Grandstand(remember that show that combined Sports Challenge with 2-Minute Drill).

Clearly what they need to start airing is People's Court.

I'd tell Dudkinov what I think the choices should be just to show him how much of a brat he's being, but then I remembered what happened when I posted the could've been "GSN schedule" almost three years ago in response to Vahan calling them "Inhuman monsters." Not even a week later, one of the shows listed, Match Game '98 was indeed announced to be part of the freakin' Christmas Day marathon.
