LA Times interview with Rob Fiedler and Peter Berlin (1985)

About a month ago, I stumbled upon an article from 1985, which interviewed Rob Fiedler and Peter Berlin, who later produced Wordplay and Trump Card. The mention of the former on the Buzzr thread caused me to remember the article.

The article mentions the two producing a pilot for NBC and competing against four other pilots. I'm guessing that a) the time slot later went to Your Number's Up, and b) one of the four other pilots was Split Decision, which taped in summer 1985.

Cool read about the behind the scenes part of the business...
"They're both Norman Jewison movies, Troy, but we did think of one Jew more famous than Tevye."

Now celebrating his 22nd season on GSF!
