Classic Concentration Set Question

I recently stumbled upon an older Classic Concentration site where there was a posted a pic of the set of a European version- it's a replica of the Classic Concentration '91 set with a color swap here and there. Does anyone know what version this was from?

Considering the cars look like they're from the early 90s, my thought was this may have been a set upgrade for the proposed Classic Concentration reboot, but I don't know for sure.

That looks like a backstage shot of our version from around Winter 1991.
