Recently, while looking at some press information about the show Dream Girl of '67, I have tried to find out what was truly the theme music for the show. All I know is that:
1. The song listed on Chuck Barris' "Themes from TV Game Shows" album as being the "Dream Girl" theme is NOT correct!
2. When the "Dating Game" had the special episodes giving the "10 Most Dateable Girls" and the "10 Most Dateable Bachelors," the music that played at the end of each of those shows WAS the theme to "Dream Girl of '67."
The website IMDB.com identifies a song called "A Pretty Girl," by Percy Faith, (not to be confused with "A Pretty Girl is Like a Melody," by Irving Berlin).
I can't find any such song by Percy Faith, but if somebody has access to any of the mentioned "Dating Game," episodes, hopefully, you'll be able to identify the music, whatever it is.
