50(!) years ago today!

On July 11, 1966, the word "whoopee" became more than just slang for "Yabba Dabba Doo" with the launching of The Newlywed Game over the ABC network.

  Tomorrow is the 40th anniversary of a game show that made "Survey Says!" a catchphrase....Family Feud.

Well it's the anniversary of the creation of the mondegreen "Survey Says!"
