The Newlywed Game theme is based on the Barris-penned "Summertime Guy".

I stand (or sit) corrected. Thank you. :)

I think we can add Beat Shazam to this list, as they always use the song "Let's Groove" by Earth, Wind & Fire as their opening theme.

Then there were shows that used themes which had lyrics commonly known but not used on the show. Like Steve Allen's IGAS and Groucho's YBYL.  Can anyone verify if NBC's "Words and Music" had a sung theme.  I want to say yes, but I only saw the show a couple of times due to school.
Let's Make a Deal was the first show to air on Buzzr. 6/1/15 8PM.

Temptation (aka that piece of (bleep) they tried to pass off as the new Sale of the Century)

Already mentioned, TWICE, in the thread.

Funny You Should Ask is the newest addition to the list.  It uses Pharell's "Happy" as its theme.

Interesting choice...I get the show is supposed to be about jokes and all. That's just a random song to use.

I also would've expected Byron to use stock music.

IMO it isn't even the most game show-y track on that album. To be honest, would make a decent theme on its own.
