The Name's The Same - 3/13 on Buzzr
« on: March 14, 2018, 11:05:55 AM »
At 2 pm ET on March 13, Buzzr aired an episode of TNTS. Two unique things on this show. Cliff Norton made his debut as a panelist and the guest for the "I'd Like To Be" segment was Zasu Pitts, an actress who goes back to silent movies, mostly in comedy parts. Robert Q said she was "one of his favorite actresses." She wanted to be Mamie Eisenhower.

The questioning indicated that Mamie was married to a man in politics who just got elected to the highest post in America. So this show is from late in 1952. It will probably be repeated this coming weekend and on March 28 at 8:40 am ET if Buzzr keeps its B&W block as it is now.

December 9th, as a matter of fact.  Also, Cliff Norton would end up making precisely one more appearance the following week, before being replaced by Jerry Lester.
This has been another installment of Matt Ottinger's Masters of the Obvious.
