I didn’t watch this on Decades, but I pre-ordered it on Amazon and got it on the 1st. In the extras, Rose Marie says, “I didn’t realize I did so much.” And gosh, is it true. Hollywood Squares and The Dick Van Dyke Show are virtually blips in her career, really — and in the documentary. But it’s spectacular. But, Dick and Carl are prominently featured (and Peter Marshall narrates).
At one point, she talks about her late husband. And gosh, if you don’t cry, you’re inhuman lol (I’m just kidding, but gosh — I was moved!) It’s so human. It’s so real. And you realize just what a life this woman has lived and how amazing she is. If you get a chance, please check it out. Watch it on Me or but the DVD or but or rent it on iTunes because it’s truly wonderful.
