I dunno if this was mentioned, but while at Royal Farms tonight, I noticed a small cardboard cutout of Wink Martindale atop the Virginia Lottery display. Turns out he’s promoting a new “Spin to Win” scratch-off game. Below is a promo from the marketing agency who did the add. Ihaven’t seen it on TV yet, nor do I know whether the spin will be televised. Any other states doing this?
