Giving another bump because I finally got around to making a set.

EDIT: Holy jeez, those photos do not scale down to the window at all. I'll have to make them smaller outside of my phone. Here they are:

Ikea has a 24-segment prize wheel for $20.
So, all you'd need is some readily-available WOF layout graphics, some sturdy/photo printer paper, and if you wanted the segments all the way out to the edge of the wheel, a hole punch. Make your own Star Wheel on the cheap, too.
