On the premise alone that Cena is hosting, my 5-year old son is psyched. He already wants me or my wife to get on so he can meet him. (Nice pun, BTW.)
On the premise that it's not on any Fox station which means we won't get the whole show spoiled during the intro before anything even starts, that makes ME psyched. I'll never forget how the first episode of the 2014 revival gave away right at the start that the contestant would reach the million dollar question. Turned it off right away. I feel I won't have to worry about that here though.
Er, NBC has spoiled episodes of
Deal or No Deal; it's not just a Fox thing.
Also, if it's going to be on Nickelodeon, I doubt that the contestants will be adults. Nick at Nite, maybe, but the press release seems to make it clear that it's intended for Nickelodeon.
Cena also won't be the first professional wrestler to be on a Nickelodeon game show; The Big Show (under his WCW name, The Giant) was a panelist on
Figure it Out.
