FWIW, Warner Brothers plans to take over the reins at 3000 W. Alameda in Beautiful Downtown Burbank.

3000 W. Alameda in Beautiful Downtown Burbank.

Despite what "Laugh-In" and/or Johnny Carson may have claimed, it's not actually downtown.

And despite it being used as a punchline all these years, the actual downtown Burbank really is quite lovely.

Having seriously contemplated moving to a relatively smaller apartment in Burbank from Woodland Hills, I would actually describe downtown Burbank moreso as "quaint" than lovely (though it is that in its own right).
