I Assumed that they have Colored Prize Icons like Whammy! The All New Press Your Luck with Todd Newton back in 2002 to 2003.

I did manage to see the pictures earlier, but if you are looking now, you are out of luck...

Buzzerblog has a format rundown:

http://buzzerblog.com/2019/05/25/details-on-abcs-press-your-luck-revival/

Basically first half is "Classic" PYL (4 questions with 3-1 spins earned, 5K top round 1, 10K top round 2) winner keeps their stash, 2nd half is Bonus Round:

6 rounds in bonus:

Rd 1- 6 spins to start, 10K top
Rd 2- 5 spins, 15K
Rd 3- 4 spins, 25K
Rd 4- 3 spins, 50K
Rd 5- 2 spins, 75K
Rd 6- 1 spin, 100K

You can only stop at the end of a round (including any extra spins you might win), 4 Whammies and you're out- but if you have $500,000 or more at the end of the bonus, it gets bumped up to a cool million.

Sounds tough, but doable.

6 x $10,000 = $60,000
5 x $15,000 = $75,000
$60,000 + $75,000 = $135,000
4 x $25,000 = $100,000
$135,000 + $100,000 = $235,000
3 x $50,000 = $150,000
$150,000 + $235,000 = $385,000
2 x $75,000 = $150,000
$150,000 + $385,000 = $535,000
$535,000 + $100,000 = $635,000 -> $1,000,000

So the above picture implies that someone makes it to at least round 3. Interesting setup in that you're basically playing 2 different formats in one show, but essentially makes the original PYL primarily a qualifier round as opposed to simply round 1.

2 x $75,000 = $150,000
$150,000 + $385,000 = $535,000
$535,000 + $100,000 = $635,000 -> $1,000,000

Theoretically you can win in 5 rounds- and don't forget you could win extra spins each round too based on the pic (though it looks like it's not on the BB square).  The 3rd-5th rounds are going to be the key ones- you could earn $400K in those three rounds alone.

The spin structure in the bonus round has been removed from the article due to conflicting audience reports, so they might have made an adjustment mid-series.

I think if the show wanted to go to solo play this would be as good a way as any, but they're basically taking away contestant spots from 3x however many shows are being recorded for minimal marginal excitement. It seems to me that if the value of each spin will approximate that of Gameshow Marathon, then the approximate win value will be in line with Match Game or Pyramid. I already wasn't in their ideal viewer window, but this certainly isn't pulling me in.
If you didn’t create it, it isn’t your content.
