Original PYL Whammy Animations -- IN THE CLEAR!

Never thought of the possibility to see and HEAR clean whammy animations before, but Buzzr outdid themselves again!

Great find, Tim! Now we know how GSN did this K-Tel parody promo back in the day. Isn't Luma Key fun?

Most of the purple in the Whammy animations looks red in this video.  I'm not well-versed in this stuff...is this just a side effect of how old the source material is?

Brad Francini's long-defunct PYL page said that Savage Steve Holland did all the animations on a very early computer animator (which used a laser pen); he was paid $10 a frame the animations.

That said, wow, it is nice to see most of the Whammy animations in the clear! :D
