California Lottery's Big Spin Show Hosts

Checking my TVG collection, the show moved from Channel 11 to Channel 5 (KTLA) in the fall of 92 moving from prime access to 2pm Saturdays in the process, the show eventually was seen on Saturday mornings on Channel 5 at least until February of 95.  Channel 9 had it sometime after that.

I take it that like Superstation WGN, some programming on KTLA 5 was/is altered for out-of-market viewers.

No it isn't -- what viewers see on KTLA's Superstation feed is exactly what viewers in Los Angeles see, including the ads. If any blackouts are called for, it's up to the cable system to make the blackout.
