Has this ever happened?

A 5 square win (considering the game's pacing, that show likely only had 2 rounds of gameplay since it was rare that they played more than 15 questions a show)
A 6-6 tie in round 2
A 6-6 tie in round 1 (Very highly unlikely, as the questions were purposely very open ended)

Well Buzzr I believe aired an episode where the winner of a round did indeed capture five squares.  But...the win was from a tic-tac-toe.  I do remember seeing an actual 5SW at least once...one of the previously-traded or posted episodes, if that helps.
