For those of us Canadians who can't play... do let us know what (if anything) is different from the last time!

Cheers,

Ryan :)

It's not all that different from the phone game you've grown to know and love (or hate).

I have already blown one qualifying chance on a poorly-answered geography question. I'll make that Hot Seat yet.

It went exactly the way I remembered the old phone game... Regis says hi, you enter birth date and last four digits of soc sec number (but not gender or zip code,) and the questions start.

I blew it, too. On a very easy first question. Too excited, I guess...

Indeed...one major difference is that the Mushmouth question lady is gone, and now Fred (the guy who reads the rules at the beginning) asks them...he's easier to understand, IMO.

Best of luck...I wanna see some of us Invisioners on the show, anyway! :-)

I blew an easier first question, IDing the Chicago Board of Trade as Trade Board of Chicago, oh well.

I made it all the way to Question 5, but choked on deciding which 2 out of the 4 went first and second.  Darn, if it were like horse racing, I woulda boxed my first 2 choices!

Speaking of winning millions, The Mega Millions Jackpot is now at least $171 MILLION Dollars for Tuesday Night's Multi-state Lottery Game!!

Made it to question 4 and blew it by choosing "logically" between the two middle answers.

Arrange these monuments by the order in which they were dedicated, starting with the earliest.
1. Vietnam Veterans Memorial
2. Jefferson Memorial
3. Washington Monument
4. Lincoln Memorial
3-2-4-1 *bzzzt*

The years: 1982, 1943, 1885, 1922

I should have remembered from before -- by question 4, the "logical" order (by presidential term, in this case) is almost always the wrong order.

I totally agree!  He speaks at a very slow pace also, making the experience less rushed from when I remember playing it last.

Unfortunately, my John Travolta movie trivia is not up to snuff, knocking me out on question two :-\

Ah well, tomorrow is another day.

Got to Question 3.  Don't remember if the question was to put the events in chronological order starting with the earliest, or the most recent:

Queen Elizabeth II's acension to the throne
Susan B. Anthony's leading the suffragist movement
Joan Of Arc's Invasion of France (or was it when she was canonized)]
Cleopatra's reign

I dislike not being able to see the answers in front of me.  Seven more available tries.

I made it to question 2:
Place these barnyard animals in order of smallest to largest:
A. Sheep B. Turkey C. Cow D. Duck

I think I said D-A-B-C

D'oh! >:o
"They're both Norman Jewison movies, Troy, but we did think of one Jew more famous than Tevye."

Now celebrating his 22nd season on GSF!

I made it to #3, which was "Put these words in order of when they first came into common usage, starting w/the most recent":

1. Liposuction
2. Sound byte
3. (?) don't remember
4. Jeep

What did me in? I forgot to start w/the most recent, and put them in order according to the earliest. :-( Oh well, there's still tomorrow...
